After working in the corporate side of fitness and later launching the first F45 Fitness studio in the United States, I realized that the traditional approach to fitness was broken.
There was a lack of focus on functional movement and a disconnect between people and the exercise community.
With a degree in organizational leadership and a passion for fitness, I wanted to create a more approachable and complete method to daily movement, one that was both highly effective and that could change the lives of everyone who participated.
That's why I founded Double Ops.
At Double Ops, we believe that fitness is not just about working out; it's about feeling empowered, building community, and transforming your life.
