HIIT CLASSES + MEMBERSHIPS
Our strength and conditioning classes are small group classes that consist of 5 – 10 people in each class. They are mixed with corrective training and are based off of consistency. These classes are all programmed to effectively build stronger leaner muscle while also burning fat. Our cardio classes get your blood pumping immediately. Our cardio sessions are never the same. They are a variety of functional cardio and performance movements, which we have found is the best way to shock the body for optimal results.
PRIVATE TRAINING PACKAGES
Our private training department consists of one on one personal training sessions and our semi private training program. Our semi private sessions consist of 2-4 people where each client is on a custom tailored program. Clients can book into our set semi private sessions using our app without having to go back and forth trying to schedule a time and day.
