DOP STRONG TEST

The DOP STRONG COMP TEST is made up of our 25 most common movements that we use in our HIIT Training Strength Program at Double Ops. Members can test and record their scores the last Sunday of every month to measure improvements in strength, endurance, and performance. DOP is all about results and this test is the perfect platform to see your results in action while you continue to improve in all areas.
