HIIT TRAINING
Our group HIIT Sessions are a combination of: strength and resistance, functional cardio with some boxing and kick boxing using heavy bags and focus mits. These dynamic sessions are highly efficient and functional. We focus on each person as an individual and modify movements based on their specific goals. We implement 3 days a week of strength and resistance sessions. These strength Sessions stay somewhat similar for 6-8 weeks for consistency to build stronger leaner muscle and to burn more fat all the time. Our Our cardio workouts get your blood flowing immediately. As are the most intense fat burning sessions you have ever tried. These cardio workouts are never the same as a variety of functional cardio is the best way to shock the body for optimal results.
