While almost all other HIIT studios in the world are cardio based we are Strength based Brand which is why our members all see tangible lasting results. We do have Several days per week that are much more strength based and we have a few days that are more cardio based yet overall we never neglect to use weights and hit specific muscle groups each day. We have the industry’s top state of the art functional training equipment, an extremely clean studio with high ceilings, a heart pounding top of the line sound system and we are located in the heart of Newport Mesa.
Science Based + Proven Results
It is scientifically proven that building lean muscle procures long term results. Building lean muscle doesn’t mean we are building size, it just means we are building muscle that burns fat much faster and lasts longer when we are not working out consistently. Based on this theory our strength sessions are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. They have few changes for 4-6 weeks as we try to keep them consistent for optimal results. We have the newest state of the art functional training equipment in the business.
We offer up to 8 High Intensity Group Sessions with 5 – 10 people (on week days) with many convenient options throughout the weekend. Our Private Training Department runs 7 Days a week made by appointment. (While almost all other HIIT studios in the industry are cardio based.
