Located in Santa Monica we have a variety of trainers to chose from. Our focus is our clients results. We strive for results above everything else and we are very successful at helping our clients reach their goals. We start each training session with our 6 stretch dynamic warmup, developed and designed to help all our clients with their mobility and functionality. Within just a few weeks basic aches and pains from too much sitting too many hours at work and sleeping improperly start to disappear. We believe you have to get the body moving properly before you can maximize your full fitness or performance potential. Once your body is moving correctly anything is possible. Training with one of our Prime Fit Elite Trainers; motivate, educate you and will transform your body, enhancing your performance in life, work, sports and other activities in which you participate.

TRX SUSPENSION & RIP TRAINING

Prime Fit Elite is home to one of the highest ranking TRX Suspension Trainers in all of Los Angeles. Our extensive knowledge and years of experience training with and teaching both the TRX Suspension and Rip Trainer, offers our clients top of the line instruction. TRX Suspension Training provides fast effective results through full body workouts, building core strength through multi-plane movements, that mirror the way you move in sport and real life.

BOXING WITH FOCUS MITTS

This is optional however it is a major favorite for most of our clients. We save this for the last part of the session. We do not believe in putting our clients on a piece of heavy cardio equipment. Learn how to hit focus mitts with basic combos while having a blast and burning maximum calories. This is the best form of cardio you can pay for. Call to try boxing or kick boxing today!

PERFORMANCE TRAINING

There are no two sports or positions that are exactly the same. Athletes need to be trained the way their position requires their body to move. Our performance training focuses on efficiently firing the proper muscles that an athlete needs in the most explosive way possible. From agility to endurance, strength & power to improved reaction time, our Performance Coaches cover all aspects of Speed & Performance Training.
