It is scientifically proven that building lean muscle procures long term results. Building lean muscle doesn't mean we are building size, it just means we are building muscle that burns fat much faster and muscle that lasts longer when we are not working out consistently. Based on this theory our strength sessions are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. They stay similar for 4 weeks as we try to keep them consistent for optimal results. Our cardio sessions change every week and are designed to shock the body incinerating measurable amounts of calories and fat. We have the industries top state of the art functional training equipment, a beautiful well lit studio with high ceilings, a heart pounding top of the line sound system and we are located in the heart of downtown Santa Monica.
