Double Ops Functional Training is designed with 2 training systems for a custom approach to obtain superior results for each of our members. We offer up to 8 High Intensity Group Sessions each weekday as well as convenient options throughout the weekend. We also offer Private Sessions - 7 Days a week. We specialize in training. DOP was created to build small communities of trainers, members and clients who all have common yet different goals. We cater to almost everybody because we will change or customize movements in our sessions to accommodate each member’s goals and or injuries. Because we also offer private training we are able to create superior programs for our members and clients based on each individual. The majority of our members stick to the group sessions, however you will also notice that most of our private training clients also take our classes regularly.
