It is scientifically proven that building lean muscle procures long term results.
Building lean muscle doesn't mean we are building size, it just means we are building
muscle that burns fat much faster and lasts longer when we are not working out
consistently. Based on this theory our strength sessions are Tuesday, Thursday and
Saturday. They have few changes for 4-6 weeks as we try to keep them consistent for
optimal results. We have the newest state of the art functional training equipment
in the business.
Our group sessions have live DJs every Friday evening and Saturday as well as during the
week randomly. Our workouts and trainers mashed up with amazing music creates an
exhilarating experience and undeniable optimal results.
We offer up to 8 High Intensity Group Sessions (on week days) with many convenient options throughout the weekend.
Our Private Training Department runs 7 Days a week made by appointment. (While almost all other HIIT studios in the industry are cardio based. We are a Strength based Brand which is why our members all see tangible lasting results.
Several days per week are much more strength focused while we have a few days that are cardio based yet overall the DOP programming never neglects
