Danielle Pascente is an established personal trainer/sports model in Los Angeles and is the creator of the Kick-Ass Training Guides. She was a multi sport athlete (track, gymnastics, & swimming) and graduated from Arizona State University with a Psychology degree. Danielle can be found as the lead trainer for the 30 Day Fat Burn series on BeFit. She has worked with some of the top athletic companies in the business including Nike, Under Armour, Reebok, Adidas, Asics, and Speedo to name a few. Danielle was recently named as a trending fitness star by Shape Magazine in 2016. She’s been training clients for over 10 years and has a passion for helping people reach their health/fitness goals. Danielle is a firm believer that consistency is key when it comes to your health. Even the smallest positive daily habits can have a lasting effect!
