Jordan Sessions grew up in Austin, Texas where her fitness journey began. She got her start as a competitive dancer, winning awards and metals all around the country.
She danced professionally for 16 years for companies, choreographers and various projects all around the Los Angeles area. Jordan also has a strong background in kinesiology, anatomy, conditioning, and body recovery. She is the head female trainer at Double Ops Functional Training and loves every minute of it.
Anytime she is in the studio Coaching or working out she is extremely satisfied and feels like she is where she belongs.
Jordan keeps herself in great shape by working out regularly and eating clean. She is a Lyfe Fuel ambassador and enjoys helping others learn how to get on a healthier path to a cleaner diet. Her favorite types of workouts are anything outdoors, the double ops sessions, boxing, and dancing. Jordan is a NCSF certified personal trainer. She is currently working on other certs as she plans to always continue her education. Her passion to help people achieve their fitness and wellness goals is what led her to the fitness industry. If she isn't in the gym you can find her hiking, running, traveling, or enjoying live music in the city. As a coach Jordan is hands-on and helps people discover how strong they really are. Giving all her people one on one instruction and or attention is something Jordan is known for. Regardless of how big or packed out her classes may be.
