The Meal Plan

Stick to these rules to get the most out of your meal plan!

Cut the following out of your diet (unless called for in a recipe):
  • Sugar 
  • Dairy 
  • Wheat / Gluten 
Avoid: 
  • Drinking Booze
    • Try to stick to water only 
  • Eating carbs after 4pm 
  • Eating after 8pm
