Double Ops is a functional strength based HIIT brand that specializes in Elite Training and Full Circle Recovery driving double the revenue for D.O.P partners. We offer classes, personal training and a variety of top of the line recovery modules. Our main focus is making sure all of our regulars see results safely through corrective strength, Performance and endurance based training our well proven system. Our program creates quick and lasting results for anybody that is consistent.
While our group training program is designed and set up with the most effective workouts on the market we don’t leave our people hanging. Our program is supported by the most sophisticated Recovery technology in the industry today.
Our private training department is set up for success by having built in access to a thriving studio with top of the line equipment and a thriving  member base.

DOUBLE OPS

An American Brand designed and created by Veteran Fitness Pioneer and Master Programmer, Chris Mogaddam. DOP is the most effective system in the industry that fundamentally caters to all fitness levels and athletes from all sports.

While almost all other HIIT studios in the world are cardio based we are Strength based Brand which is why our members all see tangible lasting results. We do have Several days per week that are much more strength based and we have a few days that are more cardio based yet overall we never neglect to use weights and hit specific muscle groups each day. We have the industry’s top state of the art functional training equipment, an extremely clean studio with high ceilings, a heart pounding top of the line sound system and we are located in the heart of downtown Santa Monica.

Science Based + Proven Results

It is scientifically proven that building lean muscle procures long term results. Building lean muscle doesn’t mean we are building size, it just means we are building muscle that burns fat much faster and lasts longer when we are not working out consistently. Based on this theory our strength sessions are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. They have few changes for 4-6 weeks as we try to keep them consistent for optimal results. We have the newest state of the art functional training equipment in the business.

We offer up to 8 High Intensity Group Sessions with 5 – 10 people (on week days) with many convenient options throughout the weekend. Our Private Training Department runs 7 Days a week made by appointment. (While almost all other HIIT studios in the industry are cardio based. We are a Strength based Brand which is why our members all see tangible lasting results. Several days per week are much more strength focused while we have a few days that are cardio based yet overall the DOP programming never neglects.

Our group sessions have live DJs every Friday evening and Saturday as well as during the week randomly. Our workouts and trainers mashed up with amazing music creates an exhilarating experience and undeniable optimal results.

We offer up to 8 High Intensity Group Sessions (on week days) with many convenient options throughout the weekend. Our Private Training Department runs 7 Days a week made by appointment.
