This agreement is not a contract and can be cancelled at any time by emailing hq@doptraining.com. The following conditions apply:
- A minimum notice period of 30 Days is required for cancellation.
- Memberships can be frozen for a maximum of one month per 12-month period.
- Exceptions to the freeze policy can only be made with a valid doctor's note.
- While a membership is frozen, a fee of $20 will be charged.
- The freeze policy and fee will be applicable to all members.

Please note that this agreement is subject to change and any updates will be communicated to members in a timely manner.
