STRAINGTH TRAINING IS: A SERIES OF LOADED OR WEIGHT BEARING MOVEMENTS THAT INCREASE: SPEED, STRENGTH, POWER & LEAN MUSCLE. HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH LONG OR SHORT REST PERIODS.

Strength training is the process of using weights to increase strength, speed, power and lean muscle. It has notning to do with timers or rest periods. Unless you're going super heavy or maxing out long rest periods can be less productive.

And don't forget; every rep counts.
