• Always stick with the movements unless you have an injury or instruction from a Coach to modify for your specific goals.
• If you’re on the turf, please face away from the TV wall. If you’re on the rubber flooring, please face the work out TVs.
• Please always stay in your zone and do not work out in other zones or areas on the floor.
• Keep your water bottles in the cubbies. There are designated water breaks throughout class.
• Be vocal if you need a spot or if you need help.
•Always wipe up your sweat off of equipment and NOT just with a sweaty towel. Grab a few wet wipes and keep em with you.

The Rise and Grind Mental Strength Program
In the Rise and Shine Mental Strength program we are going to strengthen our minds and bodies! This is a mental strength program yes but because working out is the most proven way to get our lives balanced and in order working out regularly is part of the program.
This has 3 key elements: Workouts to follow to create routines and build ourselves up , Concepts to learn for growth, Exercises and or Tasks. There is a series of videos, movies and books that are suggested as well.
Our Thrive 21 program is a series of nutrition guides. There is intro guides and there's Full Comprehensive Food Guides designed by our Dieticians. The intro guides are cliff notes on what the different dietary lifestyles are: Standard, Paleo, Keto and Vegan. aragraph
