CANCELLATION POLICIES:
The ALPHA $235 month to month membership requires a 30 day in advance email notice prior to billing date to cancel. All email requests to cancel must be sent to: newportmesa@doptraining.com for processing and termination.
The BRAVO $190 Six-month commitment membership requires a mandatory six months commitment. Early cancellations will incur a penalty charge equal to two months of dues. To cancel email requests must be emailed to newportmesa@doptraining.com for processing and termination.
TANGO 10 Pack and Delta 5 Pack: Late Cancelations & No Shows will forfeit a session.
If you are unable to attend class, please kindly cancel your reservation at least 8 hours prior. Mornings, evening, and weekend Class cancellations within 8 hours of the start time will be reflected as Late Cancel & incur a “late cancel charge”. We do not offer membership suspensions or freezes.
